My journey in talent acquisition spans over a decade, driven by a passion for connecting exceptional talent with industry-leading organizations. From my early days in recruitment to leading top-tier talent acquisition teams, my career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence.


After graduating from Drexel University, I joined Armstrong Franklin, a boutique start-up search firm specializing in Manufacturing Leadership and C-suite roles. I helped expand the company from a small team of four to a significant player in the executive search industry. This success led to a merger with GattiHR, where I diversified the firm’s service offerings, broadening its scope to non-HR areas. I was promoted to Vice President with GattiHR and led a team to tackle searches large and small, mainly focused in Senior Leadership and C-level roles.


GattiHR was acquired by a large, Global Executive Search Firm, Kingsley Gate Partners.  I led a team and partnered with both start-ups and large enterprises focused in US Manufacturing. After two years with Kingsley Gate, I leveraged my extensive experience to start my own firm, Bound Search Partners.
