With over a decade of experience in executive search, I’ve built my career around one core mission: connecting exceptional talent with transformative organizations. My journey in talent acquisition has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a deep respect for relationships, and a commitment to delivering outcomes that move businesses forward.
After earning my degree from Drexel University, I began my career with Armstrong Franklin, a boutique executive search firm focused on manufacturing and C-suite leadership. There, I helped grow the firm from a four-person startup into a respected player in the industry. That success led to a merger with GattiHR, one of the nation’s top retained search firms. At GattiHR, I broadened our capabilities beyond HR roles and led a team as Vice President, executing high-impact searches for senior leadership and C-level positions across multiple industries.
Following GattiHR’s acquisition by global search firm Kingsley Gate Partners, I led national searches for clients ranging from agile manufacturing startups to $10B+ enterprises. My work during this time deepened my expertise in highly engineered products, supply chain, and industrial manufacturing — sectors where talent often makes or breaks success.
Today, I lead Bound Search Partners, an executive search firm rooted in the belief that great recruiting isn’t about transactions — it’s about trust, partnership, and precision.
